The Mission Experience
We continuously ask the question, “How can we make this even better?” That question has resulted in several ways Mission is unique:
Communication is Key
Coaches will communicate well with players and parents
Instructors are hired for their ability to teach and communicate
Guiding principles and expectations are communicated to all
Schedule is generally set months prior to each season
Positive coaches whom are dedicated to:
Helping your daughter reach her goals
Maintain good mental health
Improving as a teammate and human
College recruiting help including:
Dedicated recruiting director
10 webinars on Sunday evenings during the off season

Guidance from current & former college players and coaches
Our own space to call ‘home’ available to Mission athletes year-round
6,000 square feet of turf and top-level training room

Player Committees
Players actually help run the club and learn life skills in the following committees: leadership, marketing & website, social media, administration, and player development.
Travel Nationally
Our top teams travel nationally 2-4 times per year
Past destinations have included Florida, Tennessee, New Jersey, Colorado, Chicago, Wisconsin, Peoria, South Dakota, and Iowa
Team rooms are rented when we travel for players to hang out in and bond (until curfew!)
Activities on trips include: white water rafting, zip line, laser tag, pickle ball, picnics and sports events
Mission Style
Three styles of cool uniforms with player names
3D logos on helmets
Lots of cool apparel
Philosophy
Teams exist for the players (not coaches or parents)
Built in time to socialize at team practices and training as well as outside of practice
We love and support multi-sport athletes
Process for feedback and accountability for parents, players, coaches and director
The core focus for Mission is on developing girls into young ladies in an environment where they have a positive experience. No one is paid a salary within our club. Though all coaches and staff are paid, they do it for the love of the game and the players - not for profit or personal accolades.
