15- 15 Dynamic bosu push ups with bar

10- 10 Single Leg dead with a row to a bicep curl on the blue pad

20- 20 step up-drive/hop - step back (20 each side/leg)

15- 15 Single leg weighted adductor slider 15 on each side (count 3,2,1 down and up)

10- 10 Push-up to 4 mountain climbers
